The 2010 Lincoln MKZ's mission is twofold: distinguish itself from its Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan relatives, and get the attention of entry-level luxury sedan buyers.
The Lincoln MKZ can be ordered in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive -- both get a six-speed automatic transmission with SelectShift, which allows the driver to upshift at his or her discretion.
Like the 2009 Lincoln MKZ, this year's model is powered by a 3.5L V-6 making 263 hp. Nevertheless, Ford claims that the MKZ improves its 0-to-60 mph time from 7.7 to 7.1 seconds.
