Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  • Smooth Ride
  • Great Gas Mileage
  • Lots of Features
  • Attractive Design
  • Handles Well

  • Lacks Power
  • Unrefined Interior

The 2009 Acura TSX is definitely a step up from any Honda vehicle, what it lacks in features it makes up for with a sleek appearance. The car is not exactly an amazing Acura but it is definitely going to get you from point A to point B and have you looking good while you do it. The handling on this vehicle is precise as with all Acura's and you are sure to be confident with every steering-wheel turn you make. The cabin is very silent and great for long trips where you do not want to hear the constant rumbling of your vehicle. The interior has several useful functions but it can be a bit intimidating to someone who hasn't driven an Acura before (i.e. It took my wife 10 minutes to figure out how to adjust the side mirrors, haha). The design of the 2009 TSX is a lot more bold than its predecessors. I liked the way Acura chose to go with sharper and more definitive lines with this model of the TSX. It makes the car look a lot more aggressive and even though it is an affordable car, it gives it an heir of opulence. There are several little things that can become annoying such as the slow acceleration but this is not a problem for my daily commute.
