Comments:

The 2008 Audi A8 is a roomy sedan not lacking in creature comforts, yet doesn't have the overly-gaudy feel that other European luxury cars impose-- subtle, not flashy. This car came equipped with a 4.2 V8, 5.2 V10, or a 6.0 V12 engine. Both the V8 and V12 provide this car with sufficient power for ease of acceleration on inclines. Being all wheel drive, it has incredible response in turns. curvy, tight back roads can give a near-rally experience! It is also recognized for its quality Bose or Bang & Olufsen audio system and exceptional safety ratings-- a standard of all Audi models. All A8's came equipped standard with side assist and lane assist technology. A terrific option package that is offered is side assist and lane assist only utilizes a warning system (it does not take control of the car to prevent collisions) the visual warnings it produces quickly brings to your attention of impeding danger. Downsides of this car? One of the most frequently brought- up complaint regarding this particular model is the poor fuel economy of the V12 package. However, with the power the car offers, a low MPG should be somewhat expected from such a beast of an engine-- Zero to sixty in five seconds! The DVD player located in the trunk is often described as being difficult to operate. It is a multi-disk system, utilizing a cartridge which is bothersome to unload and reload into the DVD unit.
