I didn't want to get super gushy for this review of my Audi A8, but I have a feeling I will. This car. I love this car. I shopped around A LOT before choosing this as my first new car. I've had a hand-me-down (1988 Pontiac Fiero, thank you very much) and a used Honda Accord, but I've never owned a brand, spanking new car. I've always had my eye on an Audi because they just scream class to me without being over the top. As a celebration for a job promotion that occurred a year ago, I decided to trade in the Accord and get the car I really wanted. I got the A8 after test driving a few other Audis because I just fell in love with her. Yes, she is a her and yes, her name is Matilda. It was a great day driving this car home! I love the exterior (a basic white, but very clean!) and the interior is also awesome. Very luxurious and roomy! Yes, this car is a little on the pricey side. But I'd saved for awhile for a new car and I made sure my new promotion was solid before getting it. It didn't hurt that I had a trade in and had a friend who knew a friend who worked for Audi.
