Audi's all new 2009 Q5 delivers all the versatility and all wheel drive prowess of the Q7 full-size SUV but in a compact crossover package. Although smaller, the Q5 still provides all the styling and quality you've come to expect from the German automaker.
The Q5 is powered by a 270 horsepower 3.2-liter V6. Power is sent to Audi's Quattro all wheel drive through a 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission.
Fuel economy for the Q5 is 18 miles per gallon city, 23 miles per gallon highway.
Combining capability and versatility, the Q5 boasts over 57 cubic feet of cargo room AND has the added on- and off-road benefit of Quattro all wheel drive. For on-road driving, Quattro will send power from front to rear for improved handling, while off-road driving is aided by front and rear electronically locking differentials.
Base MSRP for the 2009 Audi Q5 at the time of this program's production is $37,200. A fully loaded model will top out at just under $55,000. The Q5 is backed by a 4-year, 50,000-mile powertrain warranty.
With sharp styling, a versatile cabin, and Quattro all wheel drive keeping it planted to the road, the all-new Q5 has given Audi a strong competitor in the compact luxury-crossover market.
