Ford's World Excellence Awards specifically recognized Hayes Lemmerz' automotive steel wheel facility in Ostrava, Czech Republic and its automotive brake facility in Apodaca (Monterrey), Mexico, for achieving the highest levels of performance in cost, quality and delivery.
