MESA, Ariz., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chronic Car Audio, Inc. of Mesa, Arizona, submits proposal to CDG Investments Inc. to do a reverse merger. CDGEF has the capital to facilitate Chronic Car Audio, Inc.'s continued growth. CDGEF is listed on the OTC BB and Chronic Car Audio, Inc. is listed on the Pink Sheets.

Chronic Car Audio, Inc. is a Nevada Corp. incorporated in July 2003 and founded by its CEO, Bren Blanchette. The Company is in the retail and installation business of car audio, stereo, car alarm, and mobile video DVD entertainment. Chronic Car Audio, Inc. opened its first location August of 2003 in Mesa, Arizona. The Company now owns and operates six locations in Arizona and as of August 1, 2007, two locations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
