THE WOODLANDS, Texas, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced today that it has finalized the acquisition of certain assets of Truck & Industrial Supply Co, Inc. FleetPride acquired three Truck & Industrial Supply locations in Wyoming including a 20,000 square foot facility in Mills/Casper, a 12,500 square foot branch in Gillette, and a 9,000 square foot branch in Rock Springs.

By acquiring a proven performer in this market, we can more quickly capitalize on Wyoming's robust energy sector.
