Itching to get a Honda Civic Si, but don't want a coupe? Wait until later this year, and Honda will have just the car for you. The company showed a Civic Si Sedan concept at the 2006 Chicago Auto Show but announced that the high-performance sedan will be going into production. The concept hints strongly at the 2007 model, which will be on sale in fall 2006. It will share the coupe's 197-horsepower, 16-valve, DOHC four-cylinder, as well as the six-speed manual transmission. It also receives the helical-type limited-slip differential. The Civic Si sedan concept was shown with custom 18-inch cast aluminum alloy wheels with 225/40ZR18 tires, and four-wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors and four-piston Brembo calipers.
