2008 Audi R8

Reasons the R8 is great:
-It looks fantastic.
-Carbon fiber everywhere. (No, we're still not tired of carbon fiber.)
-A 4.2-liter, 420-hp V-8 similar to the one from the oh-so-spectacular RS4 sedan.
-Spy videos have captured this beast tackling the 'Ring, and the sounds it makes--oh, the sounds--will have you choking on your own tongue.
Yeah, that should just about do it.

Chevrolet WTCC Ultra Concept

While we question the car's fitness for Touring Car road racing--although all WTCC regulations were followed, the Ultra looks a hell of a lot more like a rally car to us--we don't doubt how kickin' rad the thing is, what with its huge wheel arches, loads of carbon fiber, and full cage. While this concept doesn't actually presage a Chevy entry into Touring Car competition (and, lacking a production version for homologation, it couldn't compete anyway), we are definitely down with the idea of building a fully functional race car just for the hell of it.

Peugeot 908 RC Concept

This thing is so cracked-out and cool, it could only be French. First, it's got a 690-plus-hp, twelve-cylinder diesel mounted sideways--in its ass. Second, that engine will provide the thrust for Peugeot's Le Mans race cars next year. And third, IT HAS A LION FACE. How awesome is that? A V-12 diesel-powered car that looks like it can eat you? That's what we call Best in Show.
