The Splash is small, it's goofy, and it doesn't really seem to fit our market-but that's ok, because it may not even come here. It's intended to be a Honda Fit/Hyundai Accent rival. Power comes from your choice of three engines, fed through a four-speed automatic transmission. There are 1.0-liter and 1.2-liter gas engines, or a beefier 1.3-liter turbo-diesel. Five people can apparently fit in this little thing, if you can believe it.

Suzuki's small cars have traditionally been fun, economical, and slightly quirky, and the Splash looks to be no different. It goes on sale in Europe in 2008.
