Time for celebration. Yes, Pontiac has finally pulled the plug on the Aztek, which has been running on life support for as long as we can remember it even existing. The replacement Torrent is a lightly restyled Chevrolet Equinox, and will finally give Pontiac a credible entry in the SUV market. The Torrent is scheduled to hit showrooms next fall.
