The 2002 Auto Show season has officially begun, and the silks are flying off cars faster than you can say, "Voila!" This year's North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) followed immediately on the heels of the Los Angeles show at Detroit's Cobo Center, with an enormous exhibit of more than 700 vehicles full of unusual concept debuts and new-car unveilings.
