2005 Cadillac STS rear.jpg
Cadillac builds its second true sports sedan using the same architecture of the first (the Sigma platform that spawned the CTS). This enlightened version of what used to be the Seville now sends all that V6 or V8 torque through the back end instead of the front. Rear-drive is standard with AWD optional. That's the same plan as the 2006 Lexus GS and Infiniti M coming next spring, but the Cadillac offers the V8 with AWD. It should be an interesting battle.
