2005 Chevrolet Cobalt front

Based on the Saturn Ion, the Cobalt replaces the long-running Cavalier. Power comes from a 2.2-liter Ecotec engine that's been around for a few years; the Cobalt is a bit bigger and roomier than the Cavalier. Unlike the Ion, traditional gauges decorate the interior. A Cobalt SS features the Saturn Ion Redline's 205-horsepower turbocharged engine.
