Jeep's mainstream small SUV is more civilized and carlike than the Wrangler, which may or may not be positives, depending on who you ask. The Liberty has been receiving a resurgence of interest thanks to the 2.8-liter diesel 4-cylinder in the CRD version, with 160 horsepower and 295 pounds-feet of torque. Too bad it can't be bought in this state.
