2006 Nissan Altima front

Nissan's mid-sized sedan enters its last year with few changes, awaiting an all-new 2007 model (along with two younger brothers, a revised Sentra and the new Versa) along with a much-awaited hybrid variant. For now, the current Altima carries on with some of the strongest engines in its class: a 175-horsepower 4 and a V6 with either 250 (in the SE) or 260 (SE-R).
