2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R rear

The oldest Sentra ever enters its seventh and last model year before a redesigned 2007 model, possibly influenced by Renault, takes its place. The current model soldiers on with its small 1.8-liter and big 2.5-liter engines, the latter now limited to the sporty SE-R models. For several reasons, the current version is one of the more mediocre compacts on the market.
