2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT Rear

Mitsubishi's iconic sports coupe takes the lead in speed courtesy of the GT's 263-horsepower 3.8-liter V6, which takes the Eclipse to 60 MPH in 5.8 seconds when mated to the 6-speed manual. A 5-speed sequential auto is available; the 162-horsepower 4-cylinder model, which already has 17-inch wheels, loses a gear with each transmission. Nifty new features include a 650-watt Rockford Fosgate MP3 stereo with a 10-inch subwoofer and Digital Signal Processing. It's still front-wheel-drive, weight is up, and the back seat is as intolerable as ever.
