2006 Pontiac Torrent Front

If it looks like you've seen it before, you have, twice, as the Saturn VUE and then the Chevrolet Equinox. Pontiac's version is almost identical to the latter, sharing nearly every interior piece, driving almost the same, and powered by the same 3.4-liter pushrod V6 and 5-speed automatic in both front- and all-wheel-drive versions. The Torrent boasts some of the generous interior dimensions in the small SUV class. Prices start right around 23 grand.
