Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  • Great Gas Mileage
  • Smooth Ride
  • Comfortable

  • Limited Storage Space
  • Unrefined Interior
  • Lacks Features

The Chevy Cobalt offers much more than just a eye catching design. It stands out with its appealing and economical gas mileage and affordability. It has multiple options in terms of manual or automatic transmission but I prefer the automatic. But I heard vehicles with manual transmissions are known for getting better gas mileage. Some nice touches are side curtain airbags and XM satellite radio. I don't like the small back seat space. Since it's GM and made in the USA, my repairs cost less and have been minimal. If you don't mind a small compact car and need something reliable and good on gas the Chevy Cobalt seems to fit the mold. However, if you have a large family, are concerned with a high safety rating, this isn't the car for you. I recommend this car for the college student, or single person who needs a small car for highway travelling.
