The
2010 Chrysler 300 is a full-size four-door sedan available in six trims: Touring, Touring Plus, Limited, C, SRT-8, and S. Sporting rear-wheel-drive and hosting the longitudinally-mounted Dual-Overhead-Cam V-6 or the V-8 Hemi, the Chrysler 300 offers a four- or five-speed automatic transmission.
With all safety features installed, the Chrysler 300 is a very safe car, earning the highest ratings; however, with just the standard features, it's only about average in safety ratings. Combining top-notch comfort and performance, the 300 is a big, old-fashioned luxury car that can be equipped with some huge engines. But all of that comes with a price, and in this case, it's poor fuel economy, with ratings in the 17 mpg city / 25 mpg highway range.
New for 2010
All 2010 Chrysler 300 received standard keyless entry/ignition and rear parking sensors, while the Touring Plus and S trims made their debut and the base LX trim level was discontinued. In addition, all 300s got standard side curtain airbags but the front-seat-mounted side airbags are, unfortunately, not available.

On the Outside
The classic design of the 2010 Chrysler 300 reflects subtle lines and refined styling.
From the Inside
Boasting a modern, elegant interior accented by touches such as a tortoise shell steering wheel rim, the Chrysler 300 exudes luxury, and its cabin is spacious, roomy, and comfortable.
Driving Performance
The Chrysler 300's 360 horsepower, 5.7-liter Hemi engine is smooth and powerful, while the SRT-8's 425-horsepower Hemi engine adds performance, albeit with a stiffer chassis and poor fuel economy. However, the 3.5-liter V-6 engine is marginal, and the base 2.7-liter is a sad sack.
Safety Equipment
Safety features on the Chrysler 300 include advanced multistage airbags, supplemental side-curtain airbags, electronic stability control, interior head-impact protection, and ParkSense rear park assist system.
