Why it's on the list: Fuel; DepreciationStepping away from the more costly used cars, up next on our list is the Hyundai Azera. As a larger sedan, it costs more to fill up the tank, even though it has the same fuel economy as a 2013 model. Like the Buick Regal, the Hyundai Azera has a horrible depreciation value. Right now, you can buy a new 2013 model for a base price of $32,250, and a 2011 model will run you between $16,000 and $17,000. That's over a $10,000 difference in only two years. If you end up with this car and ever try selling it, you're looking to get maybe $10,000 if you sell it within another two years. This car loses its value too quickly to make it worth your time and money.
