The 2010 Ford Super Duty F-350 delivers strength and capability in a full-size work truck. It's carried over from an '08 redesign that featured updated headlights, grille, and more powerful engine options.
The Super Duty F-350 has three power plants: a 300 horsepower 5.4 liter V8, a 362 horsepower 6.8 liter V10, and a 6.4 liter turbo-diesel V8 producing 350 horsepower and an impressive 650 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels or available 4-wheel drive through either a 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission.
For the Super Duty, Ford offers the optional "Tow Command" package that includes factory installed brake control, which synchronizes the breaking of the trailer to that of the truck. Single or dual rear wheel setups are available. While almost identical to the F-250 Super Duty, the 350 offers bigger wheels and an improved hauling capacity of 6,120 pounds.
Initial base MSRP for the 2010 Ford Super Duty F-350 is $26,820. A fully loaded dual rear axle King Ranch model can top out at around $65,000. The Super Duty is backed by a 5-year, 60,000-mile power train warranty.
With the ability to haul over three tons and best-in-class towing capability, the 2010 Super Duty F-350 is a hard working beast of burden.
