We've had ours for 6 months/6000 miles. I get 22 in town mileage, the wife gets 17. It's how you drive it. We averaged 31 at 70 mph with the air on. I think that is good for this sized car. Plenty of power. The couple times I had to goose it brings out a "Whoa!" Very stiff/sport suspension. A little rough on broken asphalt pavement, but smooth otherwise. New tires helped a lot. Very quiet inside. We don't have to adjust the radio at highway speeds. I like the paddle shifters for the 6 speed transmission. Normally, I don't use them except when we tow a small trailer. It is nice to lock in 5th or even 4th going up/down a hill. The front seat headrests need to be adjustable. The trunk is huge, but the opening in 19 inches top to bottom. A couple large items have had to go in the back seat. The imitation wood dash clashes with the cheap (looking) plastic interior. One side note, this car is not the Taurus of the 90's. It is 6 inches wider, 10 inches longer and 600 pounds heavier. It just barely fits in our garage. I measured prior to purchase.
