Biggest news for 2012 Transit Connect is the addition of the XLT Premium Wagon, which is geared for more personal use than business use and features privacy glass, front row bucket seats, second-row three-person cloth bench, and upgraded audio. Also for 2012 is the standardization of AdvanceTrac with RSC on all models, which is Ford's electronic stability control system to rein in those drivers whose style is a bit too enthusiastic. Additionally, there are three new colors for the XLT Premium Wagon: Winter Blue Metallic, Noisette Metallic and Dark Micastone Metallic.
