The long-awaited Lexus LF-A has hit the Nurburgring again, this time wearing white for its special outing and barely any camouflage. When we last saw the LF-A back in May, most of the car was covered up, but this one appears to have camo only on the taillights, headlamps, side markers, and front and rear L badges while the rest of the bodywork seems to be ready for prime time.
No new information has surfaced about the car's powertrain or performance figures. It's still expected to be powered by a 4.8-liter V-10 making over 500 horsepower mated to a rear-mounted sequential gearbox. With the appearance of this nearly-finished prototype, the LF-A has to be all but done and is scheduled to show in production form at next month's Tokyo Auto Show.
