Look again, it's the new G35

The 2007 The 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan might be all new, but it looks awfully familiar. Nissan clearly isn't about to mess with success, especially with the car that first effectively positioned its upscale brand as an Asian BMW alternative.

Take a closer look at the photo here, though, and you'll notice every panel is completely different. The hood no longer meets the headlights or the top of the grille, for example. The front fenders are softer and more rounded. The front bumper fascia is a large one-piece unit. The doors feature a strong shoulder line just above the door handles.

The 3.5-liter V-6 under the hood has been upgraded to produce more than 300 horsepower, and the automatic transmission has paddle shift control. The 2007 G35 goes on sale in November.
