INTRO: Aiming to be the full-size SUV with the best environmental footprint, the 2012 GMC Yukon Hybrid brings fuel economy to a vehicle class driven by power.
FEATURES: The 8-passenger Yukon Hybrid uses lightweight materials throughout the vehicle for improved fuel economy. Luxury is not sacrificed, however. Standard features include leather seating with heated front seats and a navigation system with a 7-inch touchscreen interface. The up-rated Denali hybrid adds standard Side Blind Zone Alert.
PERFORMANCE: The Yukon Hybrid's 332 horsepower 6-liter V8 integrates with two 60-kilowatt electric motors to send power to the rear wheels or 4-wheel drive. At highway speeds it utilizes Active Fuel Management to run on 4 of the 8 cylinders in conjunction with electric assist.

WARRANTY: The Yukon Hybrid is backed by a 5-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty.
CLOSING: Big, brawny and powerful, the 2012 GMC Yukon Hybrid defies class conventions by delivering better gas mileage and reduced stress at the pump.
