After hearing from my parents about their Hyundais never needing any work done on them, my wife and I decided to check out the 2011 Azera, among several other comparable vehicles. So far we've been very happy with how it runs dependably. The interior is pretty nice. It serves our family well, and I expect it to last us a really long time, and work great for transporting kids around when we finally have them. Since I was going to be the primary driver of this vehicle, I was the one that test drove it. I have a great view of the road from my position behind the well, and the car was very responsive to my inputs. The driving experience is pleasant and very smooth, minimal external noise, and clear audio from the stereo. It's not the most powerful car in the world, but I'm not exactly trying to win the Indy 500 in it any time soon. There are a few downsides to this car. My wife is extremely short, and has a little trouble seeing the road when she's behind the wheel. Not a big deal for us since I drive it most of the time, but still something to consider. Also, Hyundai seems to advertise this car as a real bargain, but I feel like I could get a similar model of Japanese car for a few thousand less. Still, the dependability has been great and I never feel like I have to worry about my car at all, so I won't complain about the price too much.
