1996 Infiniti Q45 Review

Power, luxury, and comfort with a touch of class.

Reviewed by Automotive on

The underdog in terms of sales among luxury sedans, the 1996 Infiniti Q45 offers an impressive list of excellent standard features in keeping with the competition. Coming in the base and Touring models, it is the definition of class on the road. Its standard 4.5-liter V-8 is a powerhouse of an engine, making it a pleasure to drive in the city or on long, leisurely drives. It is spacious and comfortable. Equipped with a standard Bose audio and a host of outstanding accessories, it offers all the luxury expected out of a vehicle in its class. For those wanting a little more performance, the Touring model is available, which is equipped with a rear spoiler and upgraded suspension. Maintenance costs can be pricey, and the hefty V-8 uses a lot of gas, but this is a fair trade-off for those seeking a luxury sedan with such great performance.

Performance & Handling
