No, I would not recommend this
I have always liked the unique rounded headlights that Jeep has become known for. The Compass is basically just a smaller version of its siblings. The price of this car is fantastic for a compact SUV. The interior however, does not feel like it had any thought put into it. The steering wheel was not comfortable and your hands are sure to get fatigued from using it. The seats are also not the best, it feels as if you are sitting on cardboard. Overall, the interior of this car is not impressive in the least.
When it comes to gas mileage, it's average. This car is not even good for those who need something to just get to work and back. You would think that its practical price point would make it a practical vehicle. This is not true, you can find a cheaper vehicle that gets better gas mileage. The interior can get quite noisy especially during long stretches on the highway. You will find that it feels like one of the windows is slightly open even though it is not.
I do enjoy the exterior of this vehicle. It has a nice feel to it. I like how Jeep always keeps rounded headlights prevalent in all of their designs. With the higher level packages of this vehicle you will be able to get things like a touch screen navigation system and optional Bluetooth.
