Great little vehicle. Excellent gas mileage. We have taken several rode trips in it. It has limited space for luggage but enough for three people for a week. Handles well and for no bigger than the engine it has plenty of power to move through traffic. It will get in and out of tight parking spots like a car. This vehicle has done everything I have asked of it and it has a great look also.

The jeep compass is a very attractive car in it's class. One of my personal favorites. It is a great car for families, and it's something that dad will not be ashamed to be seen riding in. For me looks are almost just as important as performance, and this suv really does excel in that area. It has a rugged design, and it is very affordable. Although most car makers are offering good looking cars at affordable prices these days the compass still stands out. The interior is very nice and comfortable. I have turned down really good vehicles (on paper) because the interior felt awkward or was just uncomfortable or cheap feeling. It's sad when you have to say no to a car for something like that. It's rugged looking design does translate onto the road somewhat. While it is no humvee, the compass handles off-roading much better than your commuter car will. And it even excels when compared to some other suvs. However it isn't the strongest in its class. But suvs are not really used like that anymore are they? It does just fine when hitting a pot hole on the way to a soccer game, and that's all that matters. With ok power and an unbelievable gas rating, this car is a great deal. 29 mpg highway would have been considered impossible for an suv a few years ago, but the compass managed to do it. The Jeep Compass, Better than your typical soccer mom car.
