Cons
retired in 2010, always had hondas, got a good price, and warrenty, and car was 8,000 cheaper than accord, only thing I notice is motor can be noisy under heavy foot on gas,,have not had no trouble in 3 yrs, great car , and has a 5yr bumper to bumper warrty,
I own the silver LX, which has the usual things you'd expect in a midsize sedan: a/C, heated mirror, CD/MP3 player, and automatic transmission. I've put on 36k miles since I bought it and have no complaints. My car is very reliable and other than basic maintenance, like oil and air filter changes, I've had no problems whatsoever with my car. I like my Kia Optima's dashboard, which is easy to figure out (unlike some other car's dashboards, where you'd have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what all of the buttons and indicators are for. The interior is a simple, which I like, and I can squeeze in five passengers. As long as I keep the tires inflated to at least 36 psi, I get great gas mileage with my Kia Optima's about 25 mpg while driving about town. Speaking of which, the ride's a bit rough and it's a bit noisy when I'm driving on the highway. I live in an area noted for snow and there's lots of salt on the roads in winter. Cars tend to rust quickly, but after 3 years, I have yet to have a problem with rust on my Kia Optima. My car's still under warranty, which will last for another two years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first), but thankfully, I haven't had to use it.
