Performance & Handling
The 2001 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class doesn’t represent the highest-performing vehicles in the lineup, but that doesn’t mean consumers won’t get a satisfying ride. The Touch Shift five-speed automatic transmission gives them the convenience of an automatic with up and downshift capability for some manual control. The 2001 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Series puts safety as a big priority as it features four-wheel ABS with emergency brake assist, traction control and stability control, front seat child detection, and the TeleAid emergency assist telecommunications system with vehicle tracking.
