The 2007 Mercury Milan sedan is a roomy vehicle with impressive dimensions, and it comes with intermittent front and rear wipers, exterior heating mirror with signal, and a rear defogger. Its dimensions are 191.4 inches in length, 72.2 inches in width, 57.2 inches in height, with 15.8 cubic feet of cargo room, riding on a 107.4-inch wheelbase fitted with 16-inch wheels and all-season tires.

The front seats come with manual adjust for back support for the driver and passenger seat, and the six-way bucket seats are covered in premium cloth materials, up from the dreary plastic materials of yester year.

In the rear, the 2007 Mercury Milan comes with 37.8 inches of headroom, 37 inches of legroom, 56.5 inches of shoulder room, and 53.4 inches of hip room, and is fitted with a center armrest that folds to make more room. It comes fitted with air-conditioning, dual-illuminated mirrors in the front, and the driver is notified with several signals on the dashboard, including low power, low tire-pressure, and low battery warnings. There is also a clock and a trip computer on the dashboard.

For entertainment, the 2007 Mercury Milan comes with an AM/FM radio with a single-CD player that is supported by six interior speakers. It comes with several power-operated features, including power mirrors, power door locks, and power steering fitted with a tilt-telescopic steering wheel with mounted cruise control and audio controls. There is ample storage space, with a center console in the front, rear and front cup holders, door pockets in the front and the rear doors, and front seat-back pockets.
