Dodge Charger Information
The Dodge Charger was reinvented in 2006. Looking nothing like its namesake, the new Charger is a sedan that looks as sleek and stylish as a modern coupe. It seats up to five. The 2007 Dodge Charger gives plenty of engine options. There are two V-6 engines. The 2.7-liter model produces 200 hp, and the 3.5-liter model produces 250 hp. One of the most popular engines is the 5.7 Hemi V-8, which boasts 350 hp. The Charger SRT8 model has a 6.1-liter V-8 that produces 425 hp. All are automatic transmissions with 4 or 5 speeds. All Dodge Chargers come standard with an electronic stability program and antilock breaks. Front airbags are also standard, but side curtain airbags are an optional feature. The Charger comes in the SE, SXT, and R/T models. Standard tires are 17-inches, but luxury models come with 18 and 20-inch chrome wheels. Overall, the Dodge Charger offers a comfortable ride with excellent handling and plenty of power, particularly with the Hemi engine.
