The classic Lincoln Town Car sedan, first released in 1981, offers traditional rear-wheel drive, leather upholstery, and a classic appearance. Upgrades are primarily comfort oriented, and drivers and passengers will find the sedan spacious and roomy. Available in three upgrade levels as well as an extended version with additional rear legroom, this sedan comes with a powerful V8 and slightly better than average fuel efficiency for its class. Front and rear leather bench seats accommodate six passengers. Antilock brakes, traction control, and front side airbags are all standard, but side curtain airbags are not offered. While all of the Lincoln Town Car models are well equipped, buyers may find the luxury features on the upgraded models appealing.
