Cadillac Crest Gets Its Own Music Video, and It's Good!
The Cadillac crest has been around since 1906, or at least some version of it, but the latest generation is making its production debut on 2015 Cadillac ATS coupe models. Originally previewed on the Cadillac ELR, the iconic shield and wreath crest that is currently associated with American luxury--such as the one seen on the 2014 Cadillac XTS Vsport we recently tested--is morphing into a new, more prominent shield image. Clean, colorful, and still instantly recognizable as belonging on a Caddy, the crest even gets quite the introduction by way of its own music video. Shockingly (based on experience watching videos of this nature), it's extremely well done. DJ A-Trak spins vinyl albums which showcase various Cadillac crests throughout the years. And as it's a music video, a winged angel-like model breaks up the sequences, sporting sunglasses with wreaths, shields, and different generations of the automaker's logo. You can check out the video below, we promise it will be the least painful 91 seconds of your day.* *Some restrictions apply. Promise not guaranteed. Promise valid only where applicable.
