Hyundai Debuts New Super Bowl Ads
It's that time of year again where everyone gathers around the television with hordes of snacks and pizza to watch the big game. Some people watch simply for the commercials and half-time show. This year, Hyundai has released two new ads to appear during Super Bowl XLVIII. If it doesn’t get canceled, that is. The first video showcases Johnny Galecki, known for his role as Leonard Hofstadter on the hit show, "The Big Bang Theory." This is the first time the actor has endorsed any product or brand on air. Speaking about his spot in the commercial in a recent interview, Galecki said "I've always loved Super Bowl ads--the commercials during the game are always the highlight for me. In this Hyundai spot, there's a car chase, there's explosion, and even a car jump--it's exciting, cinematic, and filled with humor. I can't wait for everyone to see it!" The second video is more what you'd expect to see on any other day. "Dad's Sixth Sense" features--you guessed it-- a dad with a sixth sense for when his son is in danger. While we don't want to give everything away, the video follows the son's life and ends up with him learning to drive. Dad doesn't have to use his sixth sense anymore, as the car protects his son for him. Check out the commercials below before the Super Bowl this weekend. Source: Hyundai
