2014 Honda Civic Si Price Announced
The 2014 Honda Civic Si coupe, which goes on sale tomorrow, starts at $22,790. Following this debut is the Civic Si Sedan, which goes on sale March 26 for $22,990. Buyers looking for a sportier, more powerful alternative to the Civic often turn to the Civic Si. This version adds larger, 18-inch alloy wheels, a more aggressive hood, and a unique rear spoiler and taillight design. Inside, the Civic Si features a sporty black and red theme with unique seat materials and carbon fiber accents. The model also gets 205 horsepower from its 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, much higher than the traditional Civic's 143 horsepower. A retuned exhaust system and revised suspension add to the sporty appeal of the Civic Si. All Civic Si models come equipped with a six-speed manual transmission. Two trim levels, including standard and Navi, are offered, with the summer tire available as an add-on. The Civic Si coupe with Navi costs $24,290, or $24,490 for the sedan model. Tacking on summer tires adds another $200 to the prices. In base form, the Civic Si is priced between the midrange EX and EX-L trim levels of the standard Civic. Standard features on the 2014 Honda Civic Si include a new 7-inch touchscreen with smartphone-like swiping features, push button smart, expanded view driver's mirror, and lane departure function. Honda has upgraded this model for the current model year. Buyers can build and price their own Civic at automobiles.honda.com/civic. Source: Honda
