2015 Audi TT, TTS Receive New Equipment Packages
Audi is bidding farewell to the current generation TT with a host of optional cosmetic upgrades. Now available on performance-oriented TTS is a Competition Package, which allows buyers to choose from new exterior paint colors Imola Yellow or Nimbus Gray. It also includes a fixed rear spoiler, five-spoke silver-finished rotor wheels, and Baseball Optic leather seats with yellow accents and contrast stitching. The 2015 Audi TT Coupe and Roadster will now have an optional carbon package that delivers subtle design changes. It will offer standard five-spoke Dynamic design wheels and an exclusive roll-bar covered in black leather. As a plus, heated front seats are now standard on the TT. The 2015 Audi TT retains the same 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 211 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The coupe version hits 60 mph in 5.3 seconds. The more powerful TTS delivers 265 horsepower from its four-cylinder, helping it to achieve a 0-60 time of as little as 4.9 seconds. Pricing has not yet been announced for the 2015 model year. A host of new options is not a bad way for the current TT to end its run. A redesigned version is underway for the 2016 model year, complete with sharper lines, a new grille, and aircraft-inspired dashboard elements. Source: Audi
