Supercar Sunday: Aston Martin Opens Ice Driving Program in Colorado

By | March 23, 2014
Aston Martins have found a home on the California coast alongside many other luxury sports cars, and while we love cruising along Pacific Coast Highway in the ultra-lux Aston, the automaker has decided to up the ante. Aston Martin has launched its first ice driving program in Crested Butte, Colo., complete with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The new program offers customers the chance to improve their driving skills and experience Aston's full lineup. The track features a braking and cornering loop, slaloms, skid pads, and a full circuit. Before entering the new course, customers will go through different exercises with experts instructing them along the way. "The ability to experience a range of our cars in a unique and controlled environment resonates with Aston Martin customers and enthusiasts who are united by a shared passion for driving," said President of Aston Martin The Americas Julian Jenkins in a statement. The "On Ice" program will open in February 2015, joining the automaker's portfolio of other driving experiences, including the Route of the Rockies scheduled for this June.
