Euro-spec Nissan Juke Updated for New Model Year

The Nissan Juke, widely known for its unique styling, is one of the hottest compact crossovers. Now, a new model is headed for Europe, complete with updated interior and exterior designs, new engines, and added features to further promote the customization of the vehicle. The Euro-spec model will feature a bolder exterior with bi-intensity LED daytime running lamps, and Xenon headlights. Cameras and LED side turn strip repeaters have been fitted to the door mirrors, while the rear bumper gets a more aggressive shape and revised LED taillights. New exterior colors include Sunlight Yellow metallic, Ink Blue metallic, and Solid Red. Inside you will notice up to 40 percent more cargo room, rear seats that fold flat, and a two-stage floor in the trunk to further increase flexibility of the cargo area. The interior can be further personalized with the different packages and features, with elements like the center console, trim, and others that come in red, white, bright yellow, or black.
Under the hood, Nissan has decided to keep the 1.5 dCi diesel engine that produces just under 110 horsepower. New to the engine lineup is the 1.2-liter turbocharged DIG-T direct-injection gas engine that offers 113 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque. Rounding out the engine options is the 1.6-liter engine. While all these changes won't be seen on the new Nissan Juke when it crosses into the states, we expect to receive the updates to the cargo room. Source: Nissan
