Spied! 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and Range Rover Sport RS

Our spy photographers have been busy capturing fresh shots of the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and Range Rover Sport RS. Mercedes-Benz's top-of-the-line C-Class is expected to debut later this year, before hitting dealerships sometime next year, but you don't have to wait until then to get a good glimpse of the brawny C. In our best look yet at the BMW M3 fighter, we can see large air intakes up front, needed to cool the expected 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine. The 2016 Mercedes-Benz is expected to crank out no less than 450 horsepower from its V-8, with a performance package upping that figure to the 500 hp range. Small vents and quad exhaust pipes in back continue the sporty aesthetic. The M3 cranks out 425 horses from its 3.0-liter turbo six-cylinder engine. It's possible we could see the C63 sans camo first in Paris, and with the stateside debut coming a few weeks later at the LA Auto Show.
The Range Rover Sport RS represents the top of the Sport line, and can be seen in deliberate, statement-making camouflage. At a close glance, you can see dynamic images of Range Rovers wrapping themselves on the new RS, making for some of the most unique camo we've seen. The Range Rover Sport RS is expected to up power to about 550 horsepower, and with the more muscular V-8 comes larger brakes (we can see sporty blue calipers behind the dark-finish wheels), and larger air intakes. It's not yet clear where the RS could debut, but the Big Apple happens to be playing host to the last auto show of the season in America, so a New York Auto Show debut wouldn't shock us. Beijing follows NYAS in April, and could be a possibility as well.
