Chevrolet Hints at 2014 New York Auto Show Debuts
The 2014 New York Auto Show is just a week away, and so far, we haven't heard much from Chevrolet. Now the automaker has confirmed it will debut three new vehicles at one of the most highly anticipated car events of the year. Despite the announcement, Chevrolet is still being somewhat cryptic about the details. The automaker announced it will show an updated Chevrolet Cruze model, although we don't know just how "updated" it will be. Chevrolet also said it will showcase a "new addition to Chevrolet's small-vehicle portfolio," without getting any more specific. Could it be a refreshed Chevrolet Spark? Just please don't bring back the Cavalier or the Chevette… Finally, the last debut for New York is a new version of the seventh-generation Corvette. We suspect it could be a variant of the high-powered Z06 that debuted in Detroit earlier this year. Chevrolet has been on a debut-spree, introducing a ton of new models since its bankruptcy. Within the past three years, 80 percent of the brand's lineup is completely new or refreshed. We can't wait to see what Chevrolet has in store for the show this year. Source: Chevrolet
Due for the 2016 model year, the new Volt may become more accessible to the masses.
