Dodge and Mopar Announce Pricing for Scat Pack Kits

Owners of Dodge vehicles wanting to enhance their rides no longer have to worry about any changes affecting the vehicle warranty. Dodge and Mopar have teamed up to product the new Scat Pack performance stage kits. While they were first unveiled at the 2013 Specialty Equipment Market Association event in Las Vegas, customers can now confidently modify their vehicles without fear of repercussions. For 2014 Dodge Charger and Challenger models equipped with the Scat Pack 1, 2, or 3, the factory warranty will be maintained if packages are installed at an authorized dealer, marking an industry first for high-level performance mods. Tim Kuniskis, president and CEO for Dodge, said in a statement that "The Scat Pack Factory stage kits can help boost 5.7-liter HEMI performance up to an additional 58 horsepower and 47 lb.-ft. of torque, allowing Dodge enthusiast to extract the maximum performance from their vehicles without the fear and guesswork typically associated with modifying late-model vehicles." All three packs, ranging from $1,895 to $4,995, will be available this spring . Each Scat Pack kit will include a numbered hard badge associated with the specific kit. Each kit builds upon the previous kit, with the 3rd kit offering the most features and added power. Source: Chrysler
