Dodge Offers 'Double-Up' Lease Program on 2014 Charger, Challenger
Dodge is allowing customers to lease a 2014 Charger or Challenger now and upgrade to the 2015 models later, all without increasing their monthly payments. Since the Charger and Challenger will be completely redesigned for the 2015 model year, Dodge is trying to close off the previous generation on a high note. Under the "Double-Up" program, buyers will lease the 2014 Charger or Challenger for one year before switching over to the new model. At this time, buyers can choose to enter a three-year lease on the 2015 model with the same payment and no money down. Or, they can purchase the new model and get $1,000 off. The program runs now through the end of August. To be eligible, customers must use the same Dodge dealership for both transactions and lease through Chrysler Capital. Models excluded from the lease deal are the Charger SE and SRT as well as the Challenger SRT. Expect some dramatic changes on the new generation of muscle cars. The 2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger will debut at the New York Auto Show this week before arriving at dealerships later this year. Check back soon for more details on these new models.
