Mazda 25th Anniversary Miata Debuts in New York
In honor of the Miata's 25th birthday, Mazda will debut a special edition model complete with a retuned engine and unique design touches. Under the hood, Mazda uses lightweight premium parts on the engine to boost its performance. Bilstein dampers are standard on models equipped with the six-speed manual transmission. New modifications promise a more responsive driving experience and a heartier engine note. The 25th Anniversary model goes on sale later this spring, and buyers can pre-order through Mazda USA.com. More information on this process will be revealed in the coming weeks, Mazda says. But those interested better buy quick, as only 100 copies will be sold. After that comes an all-new generation Miata, which will feature significant changes to the chassis when it debuts for the 2016 model year. Source: Mazda
