2015 Chevrolet Sonic Receives New Features
While it awaits a full redesign, the Chevrolet Sonic will receive a few equipment changes for the new model year. The 2015 Chevrolet Sonic will come standard with 4G LTE-equipped OnStar and a standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, which will keep drivers and passengers connected on the road. The upper LTZ trim receives the 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine as standard equipment. This engine promises 138 horsepower, 148 lb-ft of torque, and up to 40 mpg on the highway. A new Blue Velvet exterior color makes its way to the Sonic lineup for 2015. Buyers looking to customize their vehicles should also look out for the performance-oriented Sonic RS sedan and the premium LTZ Dusk package, which made their to the market during the middle of this year and will remain throughout the 2015 model year. Standard features on the 2015 Chevrolet Sonic are few and far in between, but include ten airbags, a 1.8-liter engine, Bluetooth, and OnStar. Available features include heated front seats, remote start, andora, Chevrolet MyLink radio, Sirius XM Radio, and Siri Eyes Free, which allows drivers to use the infotainment system without having to look away from the road.
